- Coordinate with Contractor for camp set up activities in Consultation with Project Head as per plan.
- Ensure proper set up / building of camp offices, conference hall, accommodations, and Plant set ups, Mess etc.
- Coordinate with Purchase & Store Department for timely fulfillment of basic facilities to the employees staying in the Camp like Bed / Cot / Mattress, Blanket, Bed sheet / Pillow / Fan / Cooler etc.
- Ensure basic Infrastructure for Camp for Offices, Conference Hall, and Staff Accommodations etc. with proper fittings & fixtures, Furniture, AC etc.
- Security Services set up and proper management.
- Proper Mess set up and arrangement of Infrastructure, Crockery, etc. in coordination with Purchase & Store.
- Appointment of Supervisors, Cooks, Helpers for Mess in coordination with Mess Facilities Manager-Corporate Office and ensure timely distribution of foods.
- Ensure proper arrangement of drinking water facilities to employees.
- Ensure Mess House Keeping, Tea & Coffee arrangements for employees, Guests and basic arrangements for Meetings & Conferences.
- Up keep records of all Assets / Infrastructure / Fittings & Fixtures / Furniture allotted for Camp Offices, Conferences, Offices, Plant set ups etc.
- Complete Camp Administration.
