Environment Management (Environment, Health & Safety of Employees and Assets of the Company)
Planning and Implementation of Environmental, Health, Safety & Social Action Plan (EHSSAP) to ensure mitigation, management and monitoring measures.
Ensure Environment, Health & Safety Legal Compliance.
Liaison with internal as well as client, Govt. & other statutory bodies.
Compliance under the various Labour Laws as per the Complete Compliance Checklist.
Implementation of Employee and Community Health & Safety Practices.
Ensure Welfare Activities like Accommodation, Mess, Water, Housekeeping etc.
Coordination with Project Heads / Dept heads of the Projects and ensure proper administrative activities which are necessary for smooth flow of project work.
Maintaining Proper Database in the assigned work area
Investigate and analyze accident to develop the safety procedure
Ensure Zero Accident target.
Adeptly identified risk/hazards involved in activity, training programs & supervising work force to minimize risk.
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
Carry out timely medical checkup of all employees as per planning.
Provisions of the factories Act 1948 Performance of the safety committees.
Ensure that all fire fighting equipments are at proper place; their maintenance is carried out timely and are ever in proper working. Arrange timely first aid training for employees.
Inspection & maintain records of first aid box and items
Regular meetings with subcontractors to review progress and propose actions to deal with any non-conformity.
