A young company eager for opportunities, Dilip Builders expanded operations beyond Bhopal. First stop was Rajgarh (MP), where they built a hospital for INR 56 lakhs for the Red Cross Society in Rajgarh (MP).
1999
Dilip Builders took on multiple office, residential and road projects in Rajgarh, MP. They built a composite building, valued at INR 4 cr, for PWD MP, completing the project on schedule.
1996
Dilip Builders bought its first stone crusher as part of its backward integration strategy. This was the foundation for building its strong fleet and creating a market differentiator. Soon after, Dilip Builders also bought their first excavator and truck.
1995
A young firm, Dilip Builders won a competitive bid to construct India’s largest OIL PSU, Indian Oil Corporation Limited’s Madhya Pradesh corporate office.
